What exactly is Tetada?

Tetada means "treatment with inner energy" and has its origins in Java, Indonesia. Behind this name is an Indonesian tradition, a special meditative breathing technique and a dynamic form of movement, which has been practiced on the north coast of Java for centuries.

Tetada is primatily an energy healing method. The purpose of the exercises is to activate a bioelectric field and to gather "Chi" in each chakra. This increased energy level may then be used either for the transmission of energy or for the self-healing purposes. Through regular practice, the function of the energy centers will be improved and the energy flow accelerated. As a result, physical well-being is enhanced, and the self-healing forces increase. In addition to all the positive influences on health, regular practice may lead to energetic skills and increased sensory perception.

Tetada can be learned and used by everyone. The oldest practitioner is 95 years old an children may start from the age of 8. Currently, Tetada is successfully used by some one hundred thousand practitioners all over the world.

The symbol - the white and black circle - means that whenever there is light, there is also darkness.
With Tetada you can nurture the good in life. In order to do so a person has to take responsability for his own energy balance and health, and also has to share the acquired energy with other people.
